EU Shipping Policy

For orders shipped within the European Union, here’s what you need to know:

• Origin: All orders ship from Germany. For destinations within the European Union, no additional customs fees are due.
• VAT Handling: The destination country VAT is paid through the One Stop Shop (OSS) system, streamlining the process and ensuring compliance with local VAT regulations without additional charges upon delivery.

International Shipping Policy (DAP: Delivered at Place)

Country of origin:

• PCIe PCBs: Germany
• Cables: China
• Power PCBs: China

What DAP Means for You:

Under the Delivered at Place (DAP) term, we deliver your order to a specified destination. From that point, you take over responsibility for unloading the goods and handling import customs clearance, including paying import duties, taxes, and any other charges.

Key Points:

• We Handle: Transporting the goods to the agreed destination. All risks and costs until the goods are ready for unloading.
• You Handle: Unloading the goods, customs clearance, and any related duties, taxes, and charges from the moment the goods are ready at the agreed destination.
• VAT: For orders shipped outside the European Union, no EU VAT is charged, and the pricing already reflects this exclusion.

Delivery Process:

1. Shipment: We send off your order, ensuring it reaches the agreed destination.
2. Notification: You’ll be informed when the order is ready for unloading.
3. Customs and Duties: You manage customs clearance and pay any applicable fees.

Returns:

• Unexpected import fees are NOT a valid reason for return.
• Return shipment is to be paid by the customer + €100 or 10% restocking fee, whichever is more

• All shipping carriers are struggling to get import right. If you feel your import bill is incorrect it is your responsibility to take it up with UPS or DHL in the US. Postal shipment via Airmail is currently suspended.
